摘要
根据油气田管道易腐蚀、影响因素较多且复杂的特点,本文模拟油气田井下的水环境,利用电化学腐蚀法分别测试了在各种不同矿化度和温度两种条件结合下的P110试样的腐蚀电位和极化曲线。结论显示,在较低矿化度的时候,将温度逐渐增加到最大,试样的腐蚀受到了很大的影响;继续加大矿化度,温度也从最低提高到最大,P110试样受到的腐蚀程度仍然在扩大,但是腐蚀速率明显没有低矿化度时大。继续加大矿化度,在把温度逐渐增加到最大的过程中,发现这些温度点使得P110钢的腐蚀速率反而有了下降的趋势;继续再增加矿化度,温度的变化已经不会对其腐蚀速率产生较大的波动,甚至对腐蚀几乎没有影响。造成这种影响的主要原因是过高的温度和矿化度使P110钢表面产生了腐蚀钝化膜,阻挡了腐蚀的进一步扩大。
According to the oil and gas field pipeline easier to appear corrosion,the influence factors were numerous and complex,the oil and gas field underground water environment was simulated,the corrosion potential and polarization curve under different salinity and different temperatures were studied by method of P110steel electrochemical corrosion.The results showed that under the low salinity,along with the increased of temperature,P110steel corrosion effect changed.With the continuous increase of salinity,under different temperature,the corrosion rates continued to increase.But if continued to increase in salinity,with the increase of temperature,the corrosion rate of P110steel reduced gradually,and showed a trend of slow corrosion.Continued to increase in salinity,the change of temperature was not on the corrosion rate larger fluctuations,and even had little impact on corrosion.The main reason was the high temperature and salinity could make corrosion film formation on material surface.
