摘要
目的观察阿维A胶囊联合消银颗粒治疗中、重度银屑病临床疗效。方法 1000例中、重度银屑患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组500例。治疗组采用阿维A胶囊联合消银颗粒治疗,对照组仅采用消银颗粒治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗8周后,对照组患者的银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分为(6.55±3.55)分,治疗组患者的PASI评分(4.67±0.99)分。治疗8周后两组PASI评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的PASI评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者临床总有效率为87%,明显高于对照组患者的65.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿维A联合消银颗粒治疗中、重度银屑病疗效好,安全性可靠,可在临床选择使用。
Objective To observe clinical effect by acitretin capsules combined with Xiaoying granulesin the treatment of moderate and severe psoriasis.Methods A total of1000patients with moderate and severepsoriasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with500cases in each group.Thetreatment group received acitretin capsules combined with Xiaoying granules for treatment,and the control groupreceived Xiaoying granules for treatment alone.Curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results After8weeks of treatment,the control group had psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score as(6.55±3.55)points,and the treatment group had PASI score as(4.67±0.99)points.Both groups had much lower PASI score after8weeks of treatment than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group had obviously lower PASI scorethan the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group had obviouslyhigher total clinical effective rate as87.0%than65.0%in the control group,and the difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of acitretin capsules and Xiaoying granules shows excellentcurative effect and creditable safety in treating moderate and severe psoriasis.It is worth clinical selection andapplication.
