摘要
新一代大型运载火箭具有大直径、长助推和多分支的结构特点,表现出复杂的助推器和芯级的多种空间组合模态特征,导致全箭模态试验的难度加大,本文对全新的振动塔设计和新型火箭空间模态精细化获取技术进行了论述,介绍了新一代大型运载火箭全箭模态试验实施方法,一些关键的试验技术的使用、对全箭试验中的技术问题进行了研究和评估,获取了大量的全箭模态参数,为火箭设计与动力学分析提供了重要依据。
A new generation of large launch vehicle,which has a structure characteristic of large diameter,long boosters and multi branches,shows complex modal characteristics with a variety of space combined modes of boosters and core stage.It induces some difficulties in modal test.This paper presented the new design method of modal test tower and space modes fine identify technology of new launch vehicles,and introduced the modal test solution of the new generation of large launch vehicle.Some key test technologies in launch vehicle modal test were investigated and the modal parameters were obtained.This research can provide some important basis for the design and development of the new generation of large launch vehicle.
