摘要
化工行业在生产的过程中需要对自然材料进行加工,包括物理处理和化学处理,然后制造具有价值的产品。但是在对材料进行加工的过程中却存在较为严重的危险性,其主要的原因在于化工设备存在安全隐患。如果化工企业没有做好化工设备的安全工作,则化工设备在使用时会出现故障和问题,进而给工作人员造成人身伤害,这不仅会危害到工作人员的生命,也会给化工企业带来严重的经济损失。因此,为了保证工作人员可以安全地加工自然材料,制作产品,化工企业需要加强对化工设备的安全管理。所以,本文对化工设备安全管理的创新进行研究,并提出科学合理的创新策略,以便于化工企业的参考。
In the production process of chemical industry,it is necessary to process natural materials,including physical treatment and chemical treatment.But there is a serious risk in the process of processing materials,the main reason lies in the chemical equipment,there are security risks,if there is no good chemical equipment chemical enterprise safety work,is chemical equipment failure and problems in use,and cause personal injury to the staff,which will not only harm to the life of the staff,will also bring serious economic losses to the chemical enterprises.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of workers to process natural materials,production products,chemical enterprises need to strengthen the safety management of chemical equipment.Therefore,this paper will study the innovation of chemical equipment safety management,and put forward the scientific and reasonable innovation strategy,so as to facilitate the reference of chemical enterprises.
