摘要
应用型人才的培养是我国经济发展的时代需求。以应用型人才培养为目标,探讨了当前我国导师制实施与培养体系割裂的现象,提出导师制与第一课堂、第二课堂、学生创新创业和自我成长相结合的"四融合"实施模式,并详细分析了建立导师制体系的导师选拔与管理等核心问题。
The cultivation of applied talents is the demand of our country's economic development.Taking the cultivation of applied talents as the goal,we explored the isolated phenomenon between China's current implementation of tutor systemand training system.Then we proposed the"Four Integration"tutor system implementation mode,which combined the tutorial system and the first class,the second class,the students'innovation and entrepreneurship and self-growth.At last,we detailed analyzed such core issues as the tutorial system establishment of the tutor selection and management.
