摘要
《园艺产品贮藏运销学》课程是一门应用型为主的综合性学科,主要研究果蔬花采前管理、采后生理规律、贮运保鲜技术及园艺产品的经营、销售。为紧密贴合园艺产业技术,培养高质量园艺学科人才,我们及时调整学时内容,优化课程体系,全方位提升课堂教学效果,提高课程教学质量,提高本科生学会思考、分析和解决实际生产问题的能力,为进一步丰富本科生理论和实践系统结合、教材与工厂紧密融合提供了合理的完善的教学保障体系。
Pre-harvest management,post-harvest physiological regulation,transportation and storage technique,sales and business of fruits,vegetables and ornamental plants were studied in storage-transportation and marketing of horticultural products,which refers to a multidisplinary and application-oriented subject.To combine the horticultural production closely,and culture high-quality students,the course contents and system were optimized.The results indicated that the teaching effects in class,and the teaching quality were significantly improved.In addition,the students learnt how to analyze and solve the problems in the production.As a result,a reasonable and complete teaching system was founded to strengthen the combination of theory and practice,and textbook and factory.
