摘要
目的研讨临床干预在学龄前儿童视力保健行为改善中的临床应用。方法 80例学龄前儿童随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用干预保健,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组儿童用眼行为(读写时间<1 h/d、看电视时间<1 h/d、揉眼次数减少、正确看书姿势)显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.0205、5.5411、4.3813、6.550,P<0.05);干预后观察组视力状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.2857,P<0.05)。结论临床干预在学龄前儿童视力保健行为改善中的临床效果显著,对学龄前儿童用眼行为的改善显著,有助于提高并保护学龄前儿童的视力,可在临床上进行推广。
Objective To study clinical application of clinical application of clinical intervention for improvement of vision care behavior in preschoolers.Methods A total of80preschoolers were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with40cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,and the observation group received intervention care.Intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had obviously better eye-using behavior(reading and writing time<1h/d,television watching time<1h/d,reduced eye rubbing time and correct reading posture)than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=4.0205,5.5411,4.3813,6.550,P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had better vision condition than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(χ2=4.2857,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical intervention shows significant clinical effect for improvement of vision care behavior in preschoolers,which can significantly improve their eye-using behavior,and help to increase and protect their vision.So it can be promoted in clinic.
