摘要
目的分析股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法 30例股骨粗隆间骨折患者纳入本次研究,采用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定方案治疗,随访观察疗效。结果本组手术用时最短1.5 h,最长2.5 h,平均用时(1.8±0.3)h,术中患者失血量最少200 ml,最多450 ml,平均失血量(300.2±49.9)ml。30例患者均成功随访,随访时间8~9个月,平均随访(8.6±0.2)个月。入组患者中未见骨折不愈合、骨延迟愈合以及畸形愈合病例,按照髋关节功能Harris评分标准评价疗效:优24例,良4例,可2例,差0例,优良率为93.3%。结论采用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定方案治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果确切,操作简便,并发症发生率低,固定可靠,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of30femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients taken into this study received proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation regimen for treatment,and their curative effect was followed-up and observed.Results Patients in this group had shortest operation time as1.5h,longest time as2.5h,with average time as(1.8±0.3)h,least intraoperative bleeding volume as200ml,most volume as450ml,with average bleeding volume as(300.2±49.9)ml.30patients all were successfully followed-up for8~9months,with average follow-up time as(8.6±0.2)months.No nonunion,delayed union and nonunion cases appeared,and the curative effect was evaluated by hip joint function Harris score:24excellent cases,4good cases,2moderate cases and0ineffective case,with excellent-good rate as93.3%.Conclusion Application of proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation regimen shows affirmative effect in treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture,with simple operation,low incidence of adverse reactions and reliable fixation.So it is worth promotion and application.
