摘要
目的:建立2-巯基-5-甲氧基苯并咪唑的纯度测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,用C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(0.2%TEA水溶液PH=6.5) (30:70)为流动相,检测波长265nm。结果:2-巯基-5-甲氧基苯并咪唑在30μg^300μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,R2为0.9996;检测限为20ng。结论:所用方法测定样品灵敏度高,重复性好,能有效控制2-巯基-5-甲氧基苯并咪唑的质量。
Objective:Set up the content determination method for2-mercapto-5-Methoxybenzimidazole.Method:adopt the High Performance Liquid Chromatography to measure and use the C18column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),take the acetonitrile-water(0.2%TEA aqueous solution PH=6.5)(30:70)as mobile phase,measurement wavelength265nm.Result:2-mercapto-5-Methoxybenzimidazole presents a good linear relation in the range of30μg~300μg/ml,besides,R2is0.9996and detection limits is20ng.Conclusion:the adopted method for sample measure has high sensitivity and good repeatability,which can effectively control the quality of2-mercapto-5-Methoxybenzimidazole.
