摘要
以协同育人为基础理论,对泰州职业技术学院机械类专业校企合作现状进行分析,从毕业生综合素质培养、"双师"素质教师培养、学生顶岗实习等方面探索机械类专业校企合作模式的实施途径,并在此基础上对企业以及毕业生进行问卷调查,验证以协同育人理念推动机械类专业实行校企合作的可行性。
This paper explores the ways to implement the school enterprise cooperation mode of mechanical specialty in our college based on the theory of cooperative education.Analysis of the current situation of School-enterprise Cooperation in mechanical specialty in our college,from the comprehensive qualities of the graduates,the training of teachers’bi-professional quality,student internships and so on.And on this basis,the enterprise and the graduates of the questionnaire survey,verify the Cooperative Education concept in the mechanical specialty in the implementation of the feasibility of the school enterprise cooperation.
