摘要
目的通过开展局麻单孔腹腔镜双极电凝输卵管绝育术与经腹近端抽芯包埋输卵管绝育术的临床对比研究,评估局麻单孔腹腔镜双极电凝输卵管绝育术的有效性、安全性和可接受性。方法选取2014年1~12月在贵州省14个县(市)级计生妇幼保健机构要求行输卵管绝育术的妇女,随机分为两组,分别行局麻单孔腹腔镜双极电凝输卵管绝育术(腔镜组)与经腹近端抽芯包埋输卵管绝育术(开腹组),进行有效性、安全性和可接受性对比研究。结果两组均能有效绝育,术后均无妊娠发生。腔镜组术中出血量、疼痛感及术后腹痛等安全性指标明显优于开腹组,手术时间、平均留观时间、满意率等可接受性指标均优于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局麻单孔腹腔镜双极电凝输卵管绝育术安全有效、操作简便,受术者痛苦小、出血少、恢复快,术中能发现盆腔隐匿病灶,更易被接受,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness,safety and acceptability of the former by carrying out local anesthesia single hole laparoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation tube sterilization and tubal sterilization by means of abdominal core pulling.Methods Women requiring tubal sterilization from Jan to Dec2014in14health of maternal and child health care institutions in Guizhou province were randomly divided into two groups,respectively for local anesthesia single hole laparoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation tube sterilization(laparoscopic group)and tubal sterilization by means of abdominal core pulling(open group).Studied the effectiveness,safety and acceptability.Results Two groups were effective sterilization without postoperative pregnancy.The amount of bleeding,intraoperative and postoperative pain and other safety indicators in laparoscopic group were significantly better than the open group;the operation time,the average stay time,satisfaction rate were better than the open group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Local anesthesia single hole laparoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation tube sterilization is safe and effective,easy to operate.It has less pain,less bleeding,quick recovery,pelvic occult lesions can be found during operation,it is acceptable and worthy of clinical application.
