摘要
肾盏憩室的诊断主要依靠影像学,初筛时可选用超声检查方法,但难以将此疾病与其他疾病进行鉴别;逆行肾盂造影可以清晰显示狭窄的通道和肾盏憩室,但插管容易诱发逆行感染。肾囊肿和肾盏憩室在CT平扫甚至增强扫描时均较难鉴别,后者较少见。本文分析肾盏憩室病例1例的CT诊断。
Calyx diverticulum diagnosis mainly depends on imaging.Ultrasound can be used when he first sieve method,but it isdifficult to identify this disease and other diseases.Retrograde urography angiography can clearly display the narrow channel andcalyces diverticulum,but it is easy to induce intubation retrograde infection.It is difficult to identify renal cysts and renaldiverticula in CT scans and even enhanced scans,and the latter is rare.In this article,the CT diagnosis of1case of renaldiverticulum was analyzed.
