摘要
目的:分析下肢创伤后患者并发深静脉血栓的临床特征。方法:收治下肢创伤后并发深静脉血栓患者60例,分为A组和B组,各30例。A组给予一般治疗,B组给予综合治疗。结果:B组患者症状消失时间要明显短于A组(P<0.05)。B组患者治疗有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:积极治疗有利于促进下肢创伤后并发深静脉血栓患者早日康复,减少并发症。
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with deep vein thrombosis after lower limb trauma.Methods:60patients with deep vein thrombosis after lower limb trauma were selected.They were divided into A group and B group with30cases in each.A group was given general treatment,and B group was given comprehensive treatment.Results:The symptomsdisappearance time of B group was significantly shorter than that of A group(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of B group washigher than that of A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Active treatment in deep vein thrombosis after lower limb trauma is conducive topromote the early recovery of patients and reduce the complications.
