石炭系厚煤层煤巷顺槽高强度锚杆支护方式优化研究

摘要 本文以同忻煤矿C3-5#层一盘区8106工作面顺槽为研究对象,通过对大同矿区石炭系厚煤层巷道支护方式调研分析,并利用FLAC3D计算软件建立锚杆(索)支护力学模型,同时综合考虑锚(索)各种参数匹配因素,分别进行数值模拟比较,得出高强度锚杆支护最佳支护方案;经矿压观测表明,采用高强度锚杆支护方式,能有效控制围岩变形,支护效果明显改善,保证了巷道围岩稳定性和顺槽巷道的正常使用,为同类条件煤巷顺槽支护方式优化提供可借鉴经验。 Based on the study of the8106working face in the C3-5#layer No.1panel of Tongxin Coal Mine,by the investigation and analysis of the roadway support way in the carboniferous thick coal seam of Datong mining area,this paper uses the FLAC3D calculation software to establish the bolt support mechanical model,and taking into account the various factors of bolt matching,the numerical simulation comparison is carried on respectively,the best support program of high-strength bolt support is obtained;The mine pressure observation shows that using the high-strength bolt support way can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,obviously improve the support effect,and ensure the mstability of the roadway surrounding rock and the normal use of the roadway,it provides a reference experience for the coal roadway support way optimization with the similar conditions.
