摘要
目的:讨论腹腔镜下胆总管切开应用胆道镜取石的治疗方法和效果。方法:我科收治的20例胆总管结石患者,在腹腔镜下行胆总管切开用胆道镜取石结果:本组20例患者其中1例术后合并胆汁漏,行保守治疗两周后带"T"管出院,出院后出现水、电解质紊乱,后再次入院经治疗12天后,行"T"管造影无特殊后拔管后出院,其余患者无术后并发症,经两周后行"T"管造影,未发现残留结石,夹闭"T"管观察无特殊,拔管后出院结论:腹腔镜下胆总管切开应用胆道镜取石术是临床治疗胆总管结石值得推广的手术方式。
Objective:To discuss the method and effect of laparoscopic choledochotomy on treatment of common bile duct stones.Methods:In total,20patients with choledocholithiasis were admitted and treated in our hospital undergoing surgery to common bile duct stones by laparoscopic choledochotomy.Results:After two weeks postoperatively,they were discharged from hospital,which1case of bile fistula received conservative treatment for two weeks and then discharged from hospital with T tube,subsequently,readmission twelve days for water and electrolyte disorders.Conclusions:Clinical treatment of common bile duct stones by laparoscopic choledochotomy is worth popularizing.
