摘要
目的:观察逍遥丸联合针刺治疗伴肝气不舒的女性黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选择符合要求的60例女性黄褐斑患者,采用逍遥丸联合针刺治疗,治疗3个月后进行疗效和安全性评定。结果:基本治愈15例(25%),显效18例(30%),有效22例(37%),无效5例(8%),总有效率为92%,均未见明显不良反应。结论:采用逍遥丸联合针刺治疗女性黄褐斑伴肝气不舒疗效满意,安全性佳,值得临床应用。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Xiaoyao Wan on chloasma complicated with Ganqi Bushu.Methods:60patients were selected and treated by acupuncture plus Xiaoyao Wan,for3months;efficiency and safety were evaluated.Results:15cases(25%)were cured(25%),18cases(30%)of markedly effective(30%),effective of22cases(37%),5cases of ineffective(8%);the total efficiency was92%,with no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Acupuncture plus Xiaoyao Wan on chloasma complicated with Ganqi Bushu shows a good effect,with safety,and is worthy of promotion.
