摘要
目的:观察中医康复治疗干预在车祸致腰椎损伤患者治疗中的应用价值,为今后的临床治疗提供参考。方法:以我院骨外科于2015年1-12月收治的100例车祸致腰椎损伤患者作为研究样本,采用便利抽样法将其分为观察组与对照组,各50例,两组入院后均针对伤情给予相应的对症治疗,对照组在康复期间只采用常规治疗干预,观察组在常规治疗的基础上开展中医康复治疗,并于出院前对比两组患者的治疗效果与腰椎运动功能。结果:治疗后,观察组中痊愈17例,有效28例,无效5例,总有效率为90%;对照组中痊愈8例,有效29例,无效13例,总有效率为74%;观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组的Frankel分级情况为:A级3例,B级5例,C级28例,D级14例,Frankel分级明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中医康复治疗干预能够明显改善车祸致腰椎损伤患者的运动功能,有助于提高治疗效果,可以作为首选康复治疗手段在临床中推广。
Objective:To observe the application value of TCM rehabilitation in treating lumbar vertebrae injuries from traffic accidents,and provide reference for future clinical treatment.Methods:100cases were randomized into2groups,50cases in each group.2groups were given corresponding symptomatic treatment.The control group received conventional treatment during the rehabilitation period.The observation group was given TCM rehabilitation more.Results:After treatment,17cases were cured;28cases were effective;5cases were ineffective.The total effeciency was90%in the observation group.In the control group,8cases were cured;29cases were effective and13cases were ineffective.The total effeciency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the Frankel classification in the observation group was3cases of grade A,5cases of grade B,28cases of grade C,14cases of grade D,was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM rehabilitation can significantly improve the motor function of patients with lumbar injury from traffic accidents and the therapeutic effect,can be used as the preferred rehabilitation therapy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
