摘要
针对挖掘机负载敏感系统中,因LS压力信号衰减,引起系统能耗增加的问题,设计了一款负载敏感控制阀。介绍该阀原理、功能及优点的同时,重点阐述了LS压力放大的原理及功能实现,即在LS油路与液压泵的控制油路之间并联减压阀,依靠减压阀的弹簧力去弥补LS压力衰减,避免由此产生能耗增加。以小型挖掘机为载体,在两种发动机转速下进行了效率和油耗对比测试,试验结果表明:LS压力信号衰减对于挖掘机的作业效率和能耗影响是明显的,本控制阀方案是可行的,具有良好的效果。
In this paper,a load sense control valve is designed to solve the problem that the energy consumption of the system which is increased due to the attenuation of the LS pressure signal in the load sense system of excavator.While introducing the principle,function and merit of the valve,this paper mainly expounds the principle of LS pressure amplification and function realization,that is setting pressure reducing valve between the LS and pump control circuit pipeline,relying on the spring force of pressure reducing valve to make up LS pressure attenuation.It will avoid the resulting increase in energy consumption.Based on mini excavator,efficiency and consumption of fuel were tested for contrast in two kinds of rev.The test results show that LS pressure signal attenuation has obvious effect on the excavator operating efficiency and energy consumption.The control valve program is feasible and has good application effect.
