摘要
为了建立更加准确的磁流变液颗粒间作用力的理论计算模型,分别运用经典偶极子理论模型和局部场偶极子理论模型计算了铁磁性颗粒的磁偶极矩,并根据结果分析了两种理论模型的局限性。分别对弱磁场和强磁场环境下颗粒间作用力进行分析,建立偶极子边界理论计算模型,并且研制了剪切模式下磁流变液层间传力特性实验装置,通过实验验证偶极子边界理论模型的准确性。结果表明,偶极子边界理论模型计算结果更加接近实验值。
In order to establish a more accurate magneto rheological fluid particle interaction between theoretical calculation model,using theoretical models and the classical dipole local field theory model to calculate the magnetic dipole moments of the ferromagnetic particles respectively,and giving the limitations of two theoretical models.Therefore,the weak and strong magnetic field environment under the force between the particles were analyzed,a dipole boundary theory calculation model,and the development of the shear mode magnetorheological fluid layerbetween the force transmission performance experiment device,and confirmed the accuracy of the theoretical model ofdipole border by the experiment.Results show that,dipole boundary theory model calculation results are more close to the experimental values.
