摘要
通过静态平衡法测定了常压下283.15~308.15 K对二甲氨基苯甲醛在甲苯、乙酸乙酯、环己烷、丙酮、正丁醇、甲醇、苯己酮、环己酮和乙酰丙酮中的固液平衡数据。实验数据表明:对二甲氨基苯甲醛在这九种溶剂中的溶解度随温度升高而增加,但溶解度变化速率随温度的改变是不同的,在丙酮中的溶解度变化速率最大。采用Apelblat方程、Van’t Hoff方程、经验方程对溶解度数据进行关联,所得的平均相对偏差分别为17%、23%、40%,结果表明,三种模型都可用于关联对二甲氨基苯甲醛的溶解度与温度的关系,且Apelblat方程要优于Van’t Hoff方程、经验方程。所得数据为对二甲氨基苯甲醛的生产、萃取、提纯的溶剂选择提供了基础数据。
The solubility of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in toluene,ethyl acetate,cyclohexane,acetone,n-butyl alcohol,methanol,n-hexanophenone,cyclohexanone and acetyl acetone was measured using a statice quilibrium method at283.15~308.15K under atmospheric pressure.The results show that the solubility ofp-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in those selected solvents increases with the increase of temperature.However,the change rate of solubility varies,which shows the largest variation in acetone.Modified Apelblat equation,van’t Hoff equation and empirical equation were used in data regression and the average relative deviations are17%,23%,40%,respectively.These results indicate that the solubility data can be correlated by these three models,and Modified Apelblat equation provides the best fitting result.The experimental results and correlation models can be used for solvent selection in p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde production,extraction and purification.
