摘要
目的探讨阴式全子宫切除术应用在子宫肌瘤治疗中的效果。方法按照随机数字法将90例子宫肌瘤患者分为两组,各45例,对照组按照传统腹式子宫切除术治疗,研究组按照阴式全子宫切除术治疗。观察记录两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后疼痛时间、住院时间及并发症发生率,并对比分析。结果研究组患者手术时间稍长于对照组(P<0.05),但术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后疼痛时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均有少量并发症发生,但比较差异无统计学意义。结论子宫肌瘤患者按照阴式全子宫切除术治疗,不仅可减少创伤,提高康复效果,而且安全性高,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods90patients with uterine leiomyoma were divided into two groups according to the random number method,45cases,the control group according to the traditional abdominal hysterectomy treatment,the study group according to the vaginal hysterectomy.The time of operation,blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative pain time,hospital stay and complication rate were recorded and analyzed.Results The operation time of the study group was slightlylonger than that of the control group(P<0.05),but the blood loss,the time of postoperative anal exhaust,the postoperative pain and the hospital stay were significantly lower than those of the control group There was a small amount of complications,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of uterine leiomyoma according to vaginal hysterectomy can not only reduce the trauma,improve the rehabilitationeffect,but also is safe and worth to be used for reference.
