汽机跳闸保护系统选型综论

A Comprehensive Discussion on the Selection of Emergency Trip System

摘要 综合论述汽机跳闸保护系统(ETS)选型问题。基于汽机跳闸保护系统中的硬接线逻辑保护系统、可编程控制器(PLC)、分散控制系统(DCS)、ETS与DCS一体化系统等选型方案的技术特征,对各方案进行了系统的对比分析。围绕应用案例,结合现行标准对ETS的相关规定,提出ETS与DCS一体化系统优势,其具有兼顾成本、安全、可靠等因素。针对性的可行性建议能够有效指导新建及改扩建电厂ETS的选型决策实践。 A comprehensive discussion on Emergency Trip System(ETS)selection problem is carried out.On the basis of historical evolution of selection schemes including hardwired logic protection system,Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),Distributed Control System(DCS)as well as ETS and DCS integrated system for ETS,a systematical and comprehensive analysis is performed.Surrounding an application case and combined with relevant provisions of current standards for ETS,conclusion of ETS and DCS integrated system should be taken as the first choice can be drawn.Also,cost,safety and reliability should also be taken into account.The specific feasible suggestions can effectively guide the selection and decision making of ETS in new and expanded power plant.
