摘要
将防错技术应用于航空机载产品,抑制或消除安全隐患。介绍了防错理论和常用的防错技术,对比优缺点,结合机载电子产品特征和使用需求,开展了设计防错技术的研究。在辅助设计方面,增加了防止误操作的开关盖,安装了防错、防漏、防损伤的编号、定位装置;在简化设计方面,放大了插件的差异,实现了软件层面的识别和限制。以上举措能够极力避免操作过程中可能带来的错误,能够适应航空等领域的高标准、严要求。
Error proofing technology is applied into airborne products to suppress or eliminate their security risks.Error proofing theory and commonly used error proofing technology are introduced according to comparisons of their advantages and disadvantages combining with characteristics and requirements of use of airborne products,to carry out research on design error proofing technology.In the scope of auxiliary design,switch cover with mis-operation prevention is added,numbering and positioning device with error proofing,anti-leakage and anti-damage is installed.In the scope of simplified design,plug-in varieties are enlarged,and identification and limitation are realized in the software perspective.The above measures can utmost avoid the errors in the operation process,and adapt to the high standards and strict requirements of fields including aviation.
