摘要
首先对工业冷却水系统排污水处理中的超滤—反渗透工艺进行了优化,一是设计了全流过滤超滤系统,改善产水率和节能效果;二是绘制沿程分布曲线,权衡了产水率、特性能耗和运行成本等因素,提出了在第二段进水管路上设置增压泵的反渗透优化方案。将优化工艺应用于实践,结果表明系统产水率达75%,脱盐率高于98%。水质指标全面达到回用标准,满足了系统设计要求。
The ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis process in the wastewater treatment of industrial cooling water system is optimized and put into use.First,ultrafiltration system of full flow filtration is designed to improve the water production rate and energy conservation effect;secondly,by illustrating the along route distribution curve and comprehensively considering the factors including water production rate,characteristic energy consumption and operating cost,optimized reverse osmosis scheme of installing the boosting pump on the second inlet pipe is selected.The application of the optimized process into the practice shows that,the water yielding rate of the system reaches to75%,and the desalting rate is higher than98%.The water quality index reaches the reuse standard and meets the design requirements of the system.
