摘要
目的探讨异体脱细胞真皮和异种脱细胞真皮在烧伤创面治疗中的应用效果。方法选取68例烧伤需行植皮治疗的患者作为研究对象,随后分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者给予异体脱细胞真皮治疗,观察组给予异种脱细胞真皮治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者创面愈合状况与对照组相比差异无统计学意义。观察组患者创面脱水干燥时间、创面愈合时间(27.3±4.5)、(17.1±3.6),与对照组的(27.1±4.8)、(16.8±3.5)相比,差异无统计学意义。观察组患者血管分布、色泽、厚度和柔软度评分与对照组相比差异无统计学意义。结论异体脱细胞真皮和异种脱细胞真皮治疗效果差异无统计学意义,临床可采取异种移植,减少患者治疗费用。
Objective To investigate the effect of allogeneic acellular dermal matrix in the treatment of burn wounds.Methods68cases of skingrafting in treatment of burn patients as the research object,then divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34),34cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with allogeneic acellular dermal matrix,the observation group were treated with different acellular dermalmatrix,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in wound healing between the observationgroup and the control group,the difference was not statistically significant.Observation group of patients with dehydration drying time,wound healing time(27.3±4.5),(17.1±3.6)and control group(27.1±4.8),(16.8±3.5)compared with no significant difference.There was no significantdifference in blood vessel distribution,color,thickness and softness between the observation group and the control group,and there was nosignificant difference between the control group and the control group.Conclusion There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of allogeneicacellular dermal matrix and acellular dermal acellular dermal matrix.
