摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在复杂血管外科手术中的应用效果。方法:收治行复杂血管外科手术治疗的患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施CNP。结果:观察组手术成功率高于对照组,住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率、护患纠纷发生率、护理工作差错率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复杂血管外科手术实施CNP,可以提高治疗效果,保证手术顺利实施,降低并发症的发生率,住院时间短,医疗费用低,满意度高。
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in complex vascular surgery.Methods:64patientswith complicated vascular surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control groupwith32cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with CNP based onroutine nursing.Results:The success rate of operation in the observation group was higher than in the control group;hospitalizationtime,hospitalization costs,complication rate,the incidence of nurse patient disputes and nursing error rate were lower than thecontrol group;nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CNP used in complex vascular surgerycan improve the therapeutic effect,ensure the smooth implementation of the operation,reduce the incidence of complications,shorthospitalization time,and also with low medical cost and high satisfaction.
