摘要
中医文化研究价值被广泛认同、学科内涵认识趋近、研究成果走向综合、学科建设机制基本形成,标志中医文化作为一个独立学科初步形成,但也存在学科界限模糊、整体研究水平不高、引领作用发挥不够、研究队伍有待提高等问题。在梳理现代中医理论发展状况的基础上,总结现代中医理论发展与创新方式,提出面对现代重大疾病的中医诊疗实践是中医理论创新的动力,两者必须结合中医临床,借用现代科学技术开展实验研究是加强中医文化学科建设和中医理论创新的必由之路。
The research value of TCM culture is widely recognized;the cognition of disciplinary connotation is approaching;the research results are becoming integrated;the disciplinary construction mechanism is basically formed.These mark the initial formation of TCM as an independent discipline.However,there are also some problems such as the blurred academic boundary,the low level of overall research,insufficient play of leading role and improving of research team.According to development and innovation of TCM theorycombined with TCM clinical practice,the TCM diagnosis and treatment practice is the driving force of theoretical innovation.Combined with modern science and technology,carrying out experimental research is the only way of strengthen the discipline construction of TCM culture and innovation of TCM theory.
