摘要
本文研究了碱性条件下,不同温度和Mn^(2+)对靛酚蓝分光光度法测定海水中的氨型氮的影响。结果表明,提高反应温度可以有效加快反应速度,恒温水浴40℃条件下,一定浓度Mn^(2+)作为催化剂可以加速反应,显色反应可以在6min内达到反应平衡。测定结果的精密度和准确度均能满足海水中氨氮含量的分析要求。
Under the condition of alkaline,this paper has taken study of the influence on the measure of ammonia nitrogen in seawater by indophenol blue photometric method with different temperature and Mn2+.The results show that the increase of reaction temperature can effectively accelerate the reaction speed,and under the condition of constant temperature water bath40℃,a certain concentration of Mn2+,as the catalyst,can accelerate the reaction,besides,the chromogenic reaction can be achieved the balance within6minutes.Both the accuracy and precision degree of measure results can satisfy the analysis requirement for ammonia nitrogen content in seawater.
