摘要
出生缺陷是严重影响患儿生存质量和家庭成员身心健康、给家庭和社会带来沉重负担的各种先天畸形、智力障碍及代谢性疾病等。出生缺陷自"海豹儿"事件以来逐步引起了全球各界的关注,引发了众多学者在出生缺陷病种、发病率、发病影响因素方面的探讨。我国通过采取三级预防措施,在出生缺陷的预防和治疗方面取得良好的效果。
Birth defects is a variety of congenital malformations, mental disorders and metabolic diseases,which serious impact on the quality of life of children and family members of physical and mental health,to bring a serious burden on family and society.Birth defects has gradually aroused global attention from all walks of life since the "seal" event,which has caused many scholars to explore the factors of birth defects,incidence and influencing factors.In our country,it has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of birth defects by taking three preventive measures.
