摘要
目的:探讨柴胡疏肝散联合黛力新治疗慢性浅表性胃炎伴抑郁的疗效。方法:收治慢性浅表性胃炎伴抑郁患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组给予柴胡疏肝散联合黛力新治疗,对照组给予常规西药对症治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者抑郁改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散联合黛力新治疗慢性浅表性胃炎伴抑郁疗效肯定,可改善临床症状,降低胃敏感性,缓解抑郁程度,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Chaihu Shugan san combined with deanxit in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with depression.Methods:80cases of chronic superficial gastritis with depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with40cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given Chaihu Shugan san combined with deanxit,while in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Degree of depression in the treatment group improved significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan san combined with deanxit in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with depression has curative effect.It can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce gastric sensitivity,alleviate depression,and it also can improve the life quality of patients.
