摘要
为了适应新疆医药的发展和对人才的需要,新疆的医药院校要培养具有新疆特色的药学人才,才能对新疆医药事业的发展有所作为。本文就为展开新疆特色药学教育,在课程设置、理论教学、实践教学等环节作了一些尝试,初步建立了有新疆特色的药学人才培养模式并付诸实践,在开展新疆特色药学教育方面进行有效的尝试和探索。
