摘要
全球化语境下的跨文化交流所需要的不仅是语言的通晓者,更需要具有跨文化交际能力的外语人才,培养这种能力的基本切入点是跨文化的理解与表达能力,因为只有对文化有了真正深入的理解,才能有在实际工作中发现问题进而解决问题的能力,而文学以其特有的文化内涵提供了培养这一能力的舞台。本文提出建立英语文学的概念,打造合适的教材,建立研究型的文学教学模式是培养学生跨文化交际能力的有效途径。
What we need for the cross-cultural communication in the context of globalization is more than the one who knows the target language but the one who is capable of cross-cultural communication.The crucial issue of cultivating this ability is to train students'understanding to the other culture as well as to express their understanding towards it.This is because the ability to find problems and solve them in the real case of cross-cultural communication can onlybe the result of the comprehensive understanding of other cultures and literature is a good means to cultivate this ability,and therefore this paper discuss the notion that teaching literature rather than merely British and American's and the research-based teaching model in order to meet the need.
