摘要
影响高职人才培养质量的要素多而复杂,但作为"定盘星"作用的思政工作,是核心的要素。新使命和新人才要求下,高职思政必须以创新驱动找准工作的支点和定力,弄清形势与任务,工作才能做到有的放矢。高职思政工作与学校人才培养的全部工作密切联系,有形课堂和无形课堂都担负着正能量引导,校风教风学风建设的方向导航,思政工作责无旁贷。
There are complicated factors which influence the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational college, however,ideological and political work is the core factor that plays the most important role. Under the requirements of new mission and new talents,ideological and political work will be one shooting the arrow at the target if it is based on innovation to develop its support point and concentration in order to make clear about situation and tasks. And ideological and political work, as a navigation of school spirit,teaching style, learning style, is in close relationship with college talent cultivation, which instructs the positive energy in tangible class and intangible class as well.
