摘要
西安城镇化步伐迅速加快和大规模推进的进程中所产生的环境污染及生态破坏问题,给已提前10年进入老龄化社会的西安带来了更为严峻的挑战。西安生态养老社区的构建符合现当代群体性高龄人群养老的需求,是实现资源优化配置参与生态债务偿还的有效途径,是一项符合生态系统可持续发展的惠民工程。本文对西安城镇化进程中生态养老社区构建的可行性进行了相关论述和研究,借此推进西安养老服务事业的健康、持续发展。
The environmental pollution and ecological damage caused by the rapid development and large-scale promotion process ofurbanization in Xi'an bring more severe challenges for Xi'an,which has entered the aging society10years ahead of schedule.Theconstruction of Xi'an ecological endowment community accords with the needs of the contemporary group of elderly population.It is aneffective way to achieve the optimal allocation of resources to participate in the ecological debt repayment and a sustainable development inline with the ecological benefits of the project.In this paper,the feasibility of the construction of ecological endowment community in theprocess of urbanization in Xi'an has been discussed and studied,so as to promote the health and sustainable development of the pensionservice in Xi'an.
