摘要
为了适应当前国情,国家提出大力发展装配式建筑。介绍了我国装配式钢结构住宅的发展现状,同时也详述了钢结构住宅的一种体系—装配式轻型低矮钢结构房屋,叙述了该体系的国内外发展现状以及我国在轻钢低矮房屋领域存在的不足,为我国装配式钢结构住宅的发展提供了参考意义。
This paper introduces the present situation of prefabricated steel structure housing development in ourcountry,but also details a system of steel structure housing and prefabricated low-rise light steel structure housing,describes the system's present situation both at home and abroad,and the deficiency existing in the field of low-riselight steel housing in our country.It provides a reference for the development of the assembled steel structure resi?dence in our country.
