以学术能力为驱动提升教员教学能力 被引量:1

Using Academic Research Capability to Promote the Teaching Capability of Military School Teachers

摘要 教学能力是教学活动的核心因素,是评价一名教员工作能力和一所院校核心竞争力的根本标准。学术能力特别是教学学术能力已成为提升教员教学能力的根本驱动。但是,当前有些教员在处理学术能力与教学能力的关系时出现了一些偏差,如重学术能力轻教学能力;重经验主义轻学术能力;重学术能力轻实战能力等。新时期新形势下,教员应通过以下途径强化学术能力与教学能力之间的正相关关系:全面提高个人学术能力;重点强化教学学术能力;以学术创新推动教学创新;正确对待评价机制。 Teaching capability is the key factor of teaching activities.It is also the fundamental standards of valuing a teacher aswell as a school.One’s research capability especially research capability on teaching is the most important driving force of promoting theteaching capability of teachers in Chinese military schools.But nowadays,some military school teachers have some problem in dealingwith the relationship of academic research capability and teaching research capability.For example,some focus on academic researchwhile ignore teaching research;some put more weight on experientialism and less on research;some stress more on theoretical researchrather than actual practice.Under the new circumstance,teachers in military schools should abide by the following ways to deal withthe proper relationship of academic research and teaching research and to well accelerate the promotion of teaching capability.First,tofully improve personal academic research capability;second,to primarily enhance the teaching research capability;third,using academicinnovation to promote teaching innovation;fourth,to properly treat the evaluating system.
