冻干技术在淮山粉加工中的应用

摘要 淮山粉是营养丰富、药用价值高的天然食材,越来越多的消费者认可其功效,使得其市场需求量也越来越大。为满足市场上的需求,淮山粉的加工技术也需要改进。冻干技术是在食品和药品加工中比较受重视的一种技术,尤其是该技术几乎不会改变食品或药品自身的功效,使其在常温下可以延长保存时间。所以在淮山粉加工中应用冻干技术,对于淮山粉的加工和保存有很大的促进作用。 Yam powder is a nutritious,high medicinal value of natural ingredients,more and moreconsumers recognized it′s effect and the market demand is also growing.In order to meet the marketdemand,Chinese yam powder processing technology also needs to be improved.Freeze drying technologyis a kind of technology which is paid more attention to in food and drug processing.Especially,it can hardlychange the function of food or medicine.The application of freeze drying technology in yam powder processingis conducive to processing and preservation of yam powder.
