摘要
职业核心能力培养是高职教育中非常重要的内容,翻转课堂能很好地实现职业核心能力的培养。首先对翻转课堂的教学结构进行说明,然后分别从基于教学包的教学内容改革、基于以学生为中心的教学模式改革、教学评价方式改革、信息化教学改革等方面对翻转课堂的实施进行说明。
