摘要
目的研究分析在临床口腔种植手术中,运用复方阿替卡因的麻醉效果以及对血压和心率的影响。方法 60例接受口腔种植手术的患者,利用随机数字法将其分成实验观察组和常规对照组,每组30例。常规对照组使用盐酸利多卡因进行麻醉,实验观察组则使用复方阿替卡因进行麻醉。对比两组患者的麻醉效果、麻醉起效时间以及在麻醉当时、手术中以及手术后8 min血压、心率的变化水平,同时分析不良反应的发生情况。结果实验观察组的总有效率100.00%显著高于常规对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验观察组麻醉起效时间(4.22±1.56)min,早于常规对照组(6.38±1.87)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组麻醉当时收缩压、舒张压、心率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验观察组手术中以及手术后8 min收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于常规对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验观察组不良反应发生率6.67%,低于常规对照组的30.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床口腔种植手术过程中,使用复方阿替卡因的效果良好,值得临床推广。
Objective To study and analyze the anesthetic effect of compound articaine in oral planting operation and drug influence on blood pressure and heart rate. Methods A total of 60 patients with oral planting operation were divided by random number method into experimental observation group and conventional control group, with 30 cases in each group. The conventional control group received lidocaine hydrochloride for anesthesia,and the experimental observation group received compound articaine for anesthesia, comparison were made on anesthetic effect, anesthesia on-set time, and blood pressure, heart rate changes in anesthesia, intraoperation and postoperative 8 min in two groups, and occurrence of adverse reactions was analyzed. Results The experimental observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 100.00% than 83.33% in the conventional control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The experimental observation group had earlier anesthesia on-set time as (4.22±1.56) min than (6.38±1.87) min in the conventional control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate at anesthesia between two groups (P>0.05). The experimental observation group had lower systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in intraoperation and postoperative 8 min than the conventional control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The experimental group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 6.67% than 30.00% in the conventional control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound articaine shows perfect effect in clinical oral planting operation, and it is worth clinical promotion.
