摘要
高校图书馆面向中小学开放服务是时代的需要,也是高校图书馆自身发展的一个趋势。文章通过分析高校图书馆对中小学开放服务的必要性,服务现状与存在的问题,结合高校图书馆自身优势,提出转变观念、加强宣传、针对性服务、利用科技手段、发挥人才优势面向中小学开放服务的策略,使高校图书馆能发挥其更大的社会功效。
Not only the opening of services to primary and secondary schools by university library is times demand, but also one of a trend for development. The article analyses the necessities, service actuality, and problem and puts forward strategy that changes the thought, strengthens publicity, pinpoints service, uses technology method, and exercises talent strength for the opening of services by university library combining its strengths in order to exert social virtues.
