摘要
为实现职业素质教育的目标,培养高素质的技术技能人才,开展校企合作,进行跟岗实习是十分必要的。跟岗实习是一个新型的实践性教学环节,不同于毕业顶岗实习。通过跟岗实习培养了学生一定的岗位技能,了解了专业的发展方向和只是需求,有助于进一步的学习。该文通过系统阐述跟岗实习过程中存在的主要问题及详尽的原因分析,通过实践总结,提出了如何开展跟岗实习的措施和方法。
To achieve the goal of the professional quality education and train high-quality technical professionals,it is very necessary to be on-the-job practice.On-the-job practice is a new type of practical teaching link,and is not same with graduation field work.The main problems of on-the-job practice were stated in the article,and the main reasons were analysis in detail.The measures and methods on how to carry out on-the-job practice were given in the article through the specific implementation.
