摘要
党的十八届五中全会以来,"绿色发展"成为引领经济社会发展的重要理念,坚持经济与环境共赢发展,是新常态下转变经济发展方式的战略选择,也是破解资源环境约束、改善生态环境质量的必由之路。以江苏省南京市为例,分析了经济发展生态化转型的现实背景与客观差距,从理念、产业发展、生态环境、制度支撑等角度剖析了制约经济与环保协调发展的主要因素和问题根源,提出了在绿色发展理念引领下推动经济发展生态化转型的实施路径,以期为加快绿色转型提供决策参考。
A series of crucial ideas have been identified to guide development during the13th Five-Year period,one of whichis the“green development”concept.Adhering to the Win-Win in Economy and Environment is the strategic selection ofthe transformation of economic development,as well as the only way to improve the ecological environment quality.Thedeficiency of the ecological economy development is analyzed,from the aspects of Idea,industry development,ecologicalenvironment and system.Finally,it puts forwards some suggestions on how to develop the ecological economy,based on thegreen development concept.
