摘要
为建立以患者为核心的临床数据中心,实现各类临床业务及运营管理数据的整合,如何为医疗决策提供信息支持作用是研究方向。为此镇江市第一人民医院基于已有的电子病历体系,经过数据的抽取、清洗、转换、集成构建了临床数据中心,为运营管理分析、病历质控分析及科研病历分析等各类主题应用提供了翔实的数据支撑。从架构设计、建设流程和应用开发等方面详细介绍了数据中心的构建策略。实践证明,基于电子病历的数据中心能够从基础医疗数据中提取面向应用的有效信息,为医疗规范化、管理精细化提供有力的决策支持。
In order to build the patient-centered clinical data centers, achieving integration of all types of clinical operations and management data, how to provide information for medical decision support is the way to study. Clinical data repository has been set up in the First People's hospital of Zhenjiang, which is based on the existing electronic medical records system. Data has been dealt with by following steps:extraction, correction, conversion and integration. Clinical data center can provide detailed data support for the operation management, quality control and analysis of medical records, scientific case analysis and so on. Aiming to the system architecture design, construction process and application development, the method of setting up clinical data center is presented in this paper in detail. Practice proves that useful information aiming to application can be extracted from the clinical data center based on electronic medical records effectively. At last, clinical data repository can provide powerful decision support for medical standardization and meticulous management.
