摘要
归脾汤为中医名方,主治心脾气血两虚证,诸药配伍心脾同治,气血并补,使脾气旺而血有所生、血有所摄,血脉充则神有所舍、血有所归,临床上广泛用于思虑过度、劳伤心脾之心悸怔忡、失眠健忘或脾不统血之便血、紫癜及妇人经带等症。笔者在多年的临床过程中发现归脾汤对于临床上辨为心脾两虚型的多种病症具有良好疗效。
Guipi decoction is a famous TCM formula,which is mainly used for syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood of heart and spleen.The compatibility of various drugs ensures it could treat both heart and spleen,supplement qi and blood.Clinically,it is widely applied in treating excessive thinking,the heart palpitations,insomnia,forgetfulness,blood stool,and the woman with purpura disease.The author’s clinical experience has proved its significant effect in treating lots of diseased caused by yin-yang deficiency of both heart and spleen.
