摘要
目的:观察束悗疗法配合电针对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:将40例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组20例采用电针治疗,治疗组20例采用束悗疗法加电针治疗,10 d为1个疗程。比较两组治疗后Lequene-Mery膝关节骨性关节炎评分系统的总评分及休息痛、运动痛、压痛、肿胀、晨僵及患者的行走能力等分类评分进行治疗前后比较。结果:两组患者治疗后Lequene-Mery膝关节骨性关节炎总评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后肿胀分、晨僵分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:束悗疗法能更加有效地减轻膝关节骨性关节炎患者的肿胀、缩短晨僵时间。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shuman therapy combined with electroacupuncture in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of40patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=20)and the control group(n=20).The treatment group received Shuman therapy combined with electroacupuncture while the control group received only electroacupuncture.Lequene&Mery assessment tests,rest pain,tenderness,swelling,pain,motion,stiffness and patient walking ability score classification were recorded before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,Lequene&Mery assessment tests showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The knee joint swelling,morning stiffness of the two groups were all improved,the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuman therapy could effectively relieve swelling and shorten the time of morning stiffness in treating knee osteoarthritis.
