摘要
目的:检测精神分裂症患者中西医结合治疗前后血清同型半胱氨酸的水平,并探讨两者的相关性。方法:采用循环酶测定法检测80例精神分裂症患者(患者组)治疗前、治疗后和80例健康正常人(健康组)的血清同型半胱氨酸水平。予奥氮平联合穴位埋线治疗,比较治疗前后血清HCY的变化。结果:患者组治疗前男性的血清HCY为(25.49±7.52)μmol/L,女性为(18.34±5.12)μmol/L,男性血清HCY水平高于女性血清HCY水平,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后男性为(24.14±9.67)μmol/L,女性为(17.11±10.16)μmol/L,治疗前后血清HCY差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。健康组男性为(13.16±8.13)μmol/L,女性为(12.31±8.22)μmol/L,患者组治疗前后的血清HCY均高于健康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者组高血清HCY的发生率(37%)显著高于健康组的发生率(12%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者的血同型半胱氨酸水平明显升高,并且男性患者高于女性患者,呈现性别差异,穴位埋线疗法联合奥氮平能明显改善患者的临床症状,但不能降低患者的血清HCY水平。
Objective: To detect serum homocysteine levels of schizophrenia before and after treatment, and investigate the relationship between efficacy and serum homocysteine levels. Methods: 80 cases of schizophrenia were selected as the patients group, and 80 cases were selected as the control group. Before and after treatment, serum homocysteine levels in all patients were tested by enzymatic cycling assay, and all patients were given catgut implantation at acupoint. Serum homocysteine level in two groups were observed.Results: Before treatment, serum homocysteine levels of males in the patients group were (25.49±7.52)μmol/L, higher than (18.34±5.12) μmol/L in the females (P<0.05). After treatment, serum homocysteine levels of males in the patients group were (24.14±9.67)μmol/L,and (17.11±10.16)μmol/L in the females (P>0.05). Serum homocysteine levels of males in the control group were (13.16±8.13)μmol/L, and (12.31±8.22)μmol/L in the females (P>0.05). Before and after treatment, serum homocysteine levels in the patients group were higher (P<0.05). The incidence of high serum homocysteine was 37% in the patients group, higher than 12% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Serum homocysteine levels in patients with schizophrenia were higher, and in the males were more. Catgut implantation at acupoint plus Olanzapine could improve clinical symptoms, but couldn't reduce serum homocysteine levels.
