摘要
目的:探讨新父母学堂实施孕产期一体化管理的临床效果。方法:收治初产妇120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规分段式护理,观察组采用孕产期一体化管理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组分娩结局、家庭照护能力和护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新父母学堂实施孕产期一体化管理的临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of integrated management of pregnancy and childbirth in the new parent school.Methods:120cases of primipara were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group was given integrated management of pregnancy and childbirth.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the outcomes of delivery,family care and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of integrated management of pregnancy and childbirth in the new parent school was significant.
