摘要
目的:研究妇科再造胶囊联合来曲唑治疗无排卵性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:收治无排卵性不孕症患者96例,采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取来曲唑治疗,观察组在此基础上加用妇科再造胶囊,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率、妊娠率、排卵率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者流产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妇科再造胶囊和来曲唑协同治疗无排卵性不孕症安全有效,效果较单用来曲唑更好,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of gynecological reconstruction capsule combined with letrozole in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.Methods:96patients with anovulatory infertility were selected.Using digital random method,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with letrozole.The observation group was treated with gynecological reconstruction capsule on this basis.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate,pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The abortion rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions were compared between groups,and difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gynecological reconstruction capsule combined with letrozole in the treatment of anovulatory infertility is safe and effective,and the effect is better than that of letrozole alone.It has a high clinical value.
