摘要
目的:关于髌骨横型骨折采用关节镜辅助无头加压螺钉固定治疗的临床疗效分析。方法:收治髌骨横型骨折患者41例,给予关节镜辅助下无头加压螺钉固定治疗,对其基本临床资料与治疗过程进行分析。结果:所有患者骨折均在(7.8±0.4)周内愈合,X线片下观察到模糊的骨折线,髌骨关节面平整无移位。术后膝关节Lysholm评分为(94.2±4.16)分,明显高于术前的(64.8±3.86)分(P<0.05)。术后患侧膝末次膝关节活动范围为(136.4±5.84)°,近似于术前的(137.7±6.02)°(P>0.05)。结论:关节镜辅助下无头加压螺钉固定是治疗髌骨横型骨折的有效方法。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of arthroscopy assisted non head compression screw fixation in the treatment of patellar transverse fracture.Methods:41patients with patellar transverse fracture were selected.They were given arthroscopy assisted non head compression screw fixation treatment.The basic clinical data and treatment process were analyzed.Results:All fractures were healed within(7.8±0.4)weeks,and the blurry fracture line was observed under x-ray,the patella articular surface had formation without displacement.The postoperative knee joint Lysholm score was(94.2±4.16)score,which was significantly higher than(64.8±3.86)score before operation(P<0.05).The last knee movement range of affected knee after operation was(136.4±5.84)°,which was similar to(137.7±6.02)°before operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopy assisted non head compression screw fixation is an effective method in the treatment of patellar transverse fracture.
