摘要
目的:探讨经尺骨鹰嘴骨折的肘关节脱位患者运用切开复位钢板内固定术的疗效。方法:收治经尺骨鹰嘴骨折的肘关节脱位患者50例,随机分为参照组和研究组,参照组采用单纯张力带固定治疗,研究组采用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗优良率明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尺骨鹰嘴骨折的肘关节脱位患者运用切开复位钢板内固定术疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of open reduction and steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of dislocation of elbow joint through olecranon fracture.Methods:50patients with dislocation of elbow joint through olecranon fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with single tension band fixation.The study group was treated by open reduction and steel plate internal fixation.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of open reduction and steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of dislocation of elbow joint through olecranon fracture was significant.
